MARK “T.C.” BOUNDS, a native Texan, is a world traveled author who began his travels at six weeks old. He has been traveling and living a bohemian, free-spirited lifestyle ever since.

He lived in Northern Italy as a child, Sicily as a young adult, and Spain in his thirties. He has also lived and traveled throughout the United States, graduating high school in Cushing, Oklahoma.

Retired from the U.S. Navy, Mr.Bounds is also a Desert Storm Veteran. He served in squadrons based aboard three different aircraft carriers and overseas shore locations. Mr. Bounds is a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, and The Retired Enlisted Association. Additionally, he is a founding sponsor for the National Desert Storm War Memorial and the American Veterans Disabled for life Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Bounds wrote poetry the entire time he was in the navy and continues to write today. He participated in multiple poetry contests and was published in numerous newspapers, magazines, and poetry anthologies during the 1980's and 90's. A multi-volume collection titled RECORD OF POEMS was published in 2017.

In 2020, Mr. Bounds established PIECES OF A DREAM, LLC, a publishing company for retail sales online. RECORD OF POEMS VOLUME ONE: ANCHORS AWEIGH and RECORD OF POEMS VOLUME TWO: INTO THE STORM were redesigned inside and out and Independently published in Hard cover and paperback and are currently available on his newly designed website www.marktcbounds.com.

2020 also brought Mr. Bounds many other accomplishments including;
